won't let me generate images on Firefly even though I have 9735 credits left

Question

I have 9735 gen credits left out of possible 11,000.  However instead of letting me generate images on Firefly site, I receive the Whoa there, speed racer! message.  I pay Adobe $100 a month for services and I can't use them??? Are you going to fix this issue or what?  I don't want an apology just the service I paid for.  Please respond.

Hello @ShiPar,Thank you for your message.  That is generally a temporary error and it is not related to your credit balance. Are you still receiving that error?  If so, can you please reply with the following information:• What function were you using to generate (e.g. text to image, image to video, etc.) and what model had you selected? If video, what length and resolution did you select?• A screen shot of the whole browser or application window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).• The full prompt you were using.• A copy of the keyframe(s) or reference images (if any) you were using.Thanks,    droopy
