Wont download as a vector image

Firefily will not create a vector image despite being asked to. The download contains the grey check background every time.

and then select "Text to Vector":

Thanks for your help! I am very new to this, so I am not sure what I did. Where do I find"text to vector"?

Are you try to generate in "Text to vector"?
I also tried it and was able to download the SVG file successfully.

Can you explain what steps you have taken?
