wont make my film, says something went wrong and takes away my credits What is the problem????????

Could you provide an example of your prompt(s)? and a screenshot of the ref image(s)?
If not then consider some the: 

Common problems

• Trademarked / Copyright
• Political figures / Celebrities 

• if it has children in the image (an absolute no/ firefly will not generate anything that even resembles a child/ even childlike)

  or 

  - has words associated with children example: boy, girl, kid, kids, child, children and so on...
  Generation Models will not generate anything to do with children.
• Nudity

I would love to hear the answer to that because I can’t seem to get it to generate anything, even if it does it says it can’t show it to me and it’s not saved so it’s just wasted credits on their bad!

I appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention, and I’m really sorry you’re running into this.

Credits are deducted once you hit Generate, but if the generation fails due to an error, those credits should automatically return to your balance.
 

To help get this fixed for you, I need a bit more detail about what you’re seeing on your side. If you can share a screenshot or a short screen recording of the error message, along with the date/time of this error as well. I can look into it right away and make sure your missing credits are reviewed.
 

Once I have that, I’ll help you get this sorted.
