I have 500 firefly credits per month, but firefly keeps bringing up an error saying I do not have access to firefly. But I have 485 credits remaining and I'm trying to generate audio/sfx.

    I think we discussed this in the Firefly Discord. This is not a normal consumer plan message. If you are not on a work or school enterprise plan (where you would need to contact your local Adobe administrator or your local IT department), you will need to contact customer service.
