You don’t have access to Firefly. Contact your admin for details.

Hi, I have seen two similar discussions, but neither are helpful.

A user is receiving the following error when trying to access Firefly: "You don’t have access to Firefly. Contact your admin for details." So they have submitted a request to access this.

I am an admin, with access to the Admin Console. However, I cannot see any request anywhere..?!

Any help will be appreciated.
