Question

You don’t have access to Firefly. Contact your admin for details.

Hello, me and my team are getting this message since today "You don’t have access to Firefly. Contact your admin for details."

Also the photoshop generative fill feature doesn't work any more, even after the photoshop v25 update.

We have an enterprise account and nobody in the IT team knows who could be the Admin.

(please find attached two screenshot from Firefly and Photoshop message)

Thanks

I also have this issue and I am the Admin. I have not seen anywhere in the console that would allow me to activate Firefly. The funny thing is, the teachers say that they have used it in the past, and even have 250/250 uses left, but they get an error saying to contact an Admin to resolve. I get the same error after one or two uses. I called 800-685-2950, which is supposed to be customer support, but I can barely understand the guy on the phone. Tons of other people shouting in the background. He mentioned Firefly isnt permitted on K12 accounts by policy, but other posts I have seen online seem to suggest otherwise. I can't find any reference to a policy by Adobe banning Firefly for K12 accounts. Any help would be appreciated. We are using "Adobe for Enterprise CCE All Apps for K-12".

@Robot 1337 Education is different than Enterprise. K-12 is blocked from AI unless you activate.

This page talks about how to turn it on using product profiles.

I AM the admin of our organization and I am searching all the help articles to see where I can even turn on the feature for my users. I've been through our account settings, packages, etc. and I can't find it and I can't find any real help Googling it either. Can someone help me find the settings?

Thanks

@thxapproved2 where are you located? There is no provisioning needed in the Admin Console.

Crazy that this hasn't been sorted out yet. My IT support at school has no idea what I'm talking about

Hi @Kellie35940290imh7,

If you are getting use of Adobe apps from your school, someone has to be provisioning Adobe apps to the students/teachers. The people who do that might not know that they also have to provision Firefly. If they are unsure how to do this, they can contact their enterprise Adobe support. Unfortunately, neither we in the forum or Adobe can provision Firefly to enterprise users.

My best,

Hello @tracy_9129,

I am not an enterprise admin, so I do not have first hand experience, but I think this is the relevant help page:

No admin to identify here either...  Is generative fill blocked all of a sudden?  It's very frustrating.

@Vincent323324218wm9  If you're getting the same error as @MaxAudible follow the directions in this article. If that doesn't help, please reach out to your IT department.

How do I contact my Adobe administrator?

Hi there,

I'm getting this issue and I AM the admin. Tried contacting myself, but it seems i don't know how to fix it. We have K12, and this page says it should be default on (https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/enterprise/kb/adobe-firefly-for-k12.html#:~:text=Adobe%20Firefly%20generative%20AI%20features%20are%20available%20and%20turned%20on,all%20K12%20educators%20and%20students.)

The admin console isn't searchable, and careful digging hasn't uncovered any mention of FireFly and Generative Fill as an additional feature to switch on and off.

Any help gratefuly received.

Not that I know of. If you are a Teams or Enterprise user, you will have to get in touch with your Admin to see if they have given you permissions.

This information, and ability to provide access is available only through administrators.

See https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/contact-administrator.html for information on identifying your admin.

I'm getting this message too, but no one in my school district can figure out who the admin would be, so we're stuck in a loop of not knowing how to fix this. So who can I can contact to try to figure out who our admin is supposed to be?

Hello @Dustin360841273r20,

If you follow the instructions at the link above that Preran posted, does it list a name?
