Thank you for your message. 

If you are using Microsoft Windows, the most frequent cause of this problem is the Defender Firewall. try resetting that to the default settings and see if the problem is fixed.

ブラウザのキャッシュやcookieをクリアしたり別のブラウザに変えて試すとどうでしょう?
