Thank you for your message. 

If you are an enterprise user and you receive a message saying contact your administrator for access, it generally means your local Adobe administrator has to gran you access to Firefly in their enterprise administration console. Or it means the plan your organisation has does not include that feature. In either case, you need to contact your local Adobe administrator. If you are not sure who that is, contact IT.
