Activated Adobe Fonts Not Appearing in Adobe Portfolio "My Adobe Fonts" Site-Wide Text Options

Not able to “Add Adobe Fonts” to four of my five published Adobe Portfolio websites. Have an active Adobe CC Full Suite subscription. Verified that “My Adobe Fonts” are active on both https://fonts.adobe.com/my_fonts and Creative Cloud desktop application.

Was able to successfully “Add Fonts” to the first of my five Adobe Portfolio websites without problem. When I go to that site editor now, I am able to see the Adobe Fonts that I selected and activated without problem. Moreover, the live site also displays those “Added Adobe Fonts” perfectly.

But when I try to “Add Adobe Fonts” to my other Adobe Portfolio sites in the site-wide font option, these fonts do not appear as options in “My Adobe Fonts” as they do in the first site.

I researched this issue via forums and performed basic tasks like deactivating and then reactivating fonts in both fonts.adobe.com and Created Cloud fonts desktop application. Also shut down and reopened Adobe Portfolio sites, Creative Cloud desktop application, and fonts.adobe.com several times but nothing has changed.

The specific fonts that I am trying to use/activate on my other Adobe Portfolio sites are Sopha Pro and Sophia Pro Light. They are currently showing up and able to be used on all of my other Adobe applications (e.g. InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and one of my five Adobe Portfolio websites) – but what about the other four Adobe Portfolio sites?

Greatly appreciate any assistance or insight as to why this is happening.

Were you able to fix this problem?

Not really.  The "My Adobe Fonts" on each Adobe Portfolio website I create does not initially display or populate my actual Adobe fonts that I have designated across all of my Adobe applications via Creative Cloud.  I have to click "Add Fonts" then go to "All Adobe Fonts" and find my desired font and then "Add Font" each time.  The font menu is also somewhat difficult to navigate - especially if you have a font name that is not starting with the letter "A" or "Z."  There is no search function for Adobe fonts - only "web fonts."  It is frustrating and a long process but you can eventually add any of the stock Adobe fonts to your site with this method.

Did you create a web project for each site you're using Adobe Fonts on?
