Question

Adobe fonts are updated and deleted, still visible in the app but not available in any programmes.

Hi there, I keep getting notifications from Creative cloud app that fonts have been automatically deleted and added, however when I go into the app they are all still installed but are not available in any adobe software. I can't seem to find any solution that works at the moment. Please help. Many thanks.

Thanks for reaching out! Did you try restarting the device to see if that helps? Sometimes, restarting the device helps implement the change.

Thank you for your reply. 

 

Yes I have restarted my computer a number of times. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the software but it still seems to happen.  I have also installed, uninstalled and reinstalled the fonts on the desktop app as per the document you sent, but again to no avail. Is there anything else I could try please?

Thanks for your response. Please check the Creative Cloud desktop app to see if you see any red dots under the added fonts section when you click on the "F" option. If you see any, hover over the dot for more information about the issue and let us know. Also, please let us know the version of the operating system you're using.
