Question

How to get access to an existing Web Project in Adobe Fonts

Is there any way I can get access to a web project in Adobe Fonts that was originally set up by someone else on my team who is no longer with the company?

I'm looking to add fonts to the project but only see the option to create a new project.

Hi @madisonb64601020, I see this post was written nearly a year ago and no one from the Community ever answered you. I'm sorry about that! Did you finally get the access you wanted? If so, please come back to let us know and mark your post as solved. If you haven't and still need it, you'll likely need to contact Adobe directly. To call Adobe, search this list for the support phone number in your country: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

Hi there, no I didn't. I reached out to support but they said there was nothing that could be done to grant me access. Very disappointing that this is how Adobe Fonts works. There should be a way to tie an Adobe Fonts web project to an organization instead of an individual so we don't lose access every time someone leaves the company.

Okay, thanks for coming back on to explain. I agree, it seems as though you should be able to acquire a project from someone who leaves your company. Maybe it has to do with individual Adobe accounts. I am wondering if an Adobe Teams membership account allows for Adobe Fonts to be tied to and shared across an organization. How are Adobe subscriptions set up in your company?
