Hi there,

We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Would you mind telling us if these fonts already appear in the list of fonts to ensure they weren't installed previously on accident. Are you able to install them through the operating system?

We're here to help, just need some info.

Regards,

Tarun

Hi @Hector5FA7 Are you still having the problem? The notification says, “An error occurred while loading one or more of the files.” Which app are you trying to use the fonts with? Photoshop? InDesign? Illustrator? Close all Adobe apps, then sign out and back in to your Adobe Creative Cloud account. Be sure your Internet connection is working. Launch the Adobe app you are using and a document to see if your fonts are appearing again. If not, deactivate and then reactive the Adobe fonts you want to use here (https://fonts.adobe.com/my_fonts). Let us know if you're able to get the fonts working again!

The fonts I want to use were sent to me by my client. I was able to use them in another device but not on mine. They are .ttf and .otf files.
I logged out, closed CC, then reopened it, logged in again and it didn’t work.
I’m desperate 😞

Okay. What Adobe app are you using?

The fonts from your client, if they are not available from Adobe fonts, have to be installed on your local computer, not via Adobe Creative Cloud. How did your client deliver the fonts to you? Do the fonts show up in your font folder? This is the Font directory on Windows: C:\Windows\Fonts. If the fonts show up there, then they should be accessible from within the Adobe app. Can you see the fonts you want to use in any other application, like Microsoft Word or Outlook?
