Question

Purchased font - can't upload

I purchased a font but can't seem to get it uploaded to my account. How can I upload the font? Since I am a student, do I need my university admin to upload it? I followed all the directions provided by Adobe, and still - no luck.

It's a .otf file and only 43.4 KB.

Check if you or your admin have access to this panel in the Adobe CC app

it will tell you which fonts are activated (not installed, they won't be), and if you can see they are not while you're sure you activated them via Adobe font, then you need to talk to your admin, so they can remove that restriction.

But, I'm not sure why you want to upload the font. You can just install it to your Windows or Mac computer. (Not sure about iOS though).

    Hi @lk109,

Welcome to the community! As I checked, you have an enterprise account. With an enterprise subscription, only admins can upload the fonts. As an end-user, you can only use the custom fonts your admin has shared. If you are an admin, please check this article and try the steps mentioned in it: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/custom-fonts.html

Let us know if that helps.

    Regards,
