電子メールテンプレートについて

Question

Captivate primeのコースに関して。リマインダー等のメールを電子メールテンプレートで設定できますが、テンプレートが変更されてしまい、元に戻すボタンを押すと「テンプレートを戻しています」という表示と考え中のマークがずっと続いたままになり、テンプレートをもとに戻すことができずにいます。対処法などご経験のある方いましたら教えていただけると助かります。

Thank you for contacting Adobe Captivate Prime Team.

You can always use the option "Revert to Original" to rest the email and start fresh. In case that does not work, try to create the email template on a word file or notepad and copy/paste the content into the email body.
