Abandoned / orphaned courses

Hi,

I have just gone through the self-paced "Hiring at Adobe - Hiring Manager Certification" course, which ERC said was required for me to begin a hiring process. There is a question in the final test which I was told was incorrect in the final exam, but I answered it properly AND validated in the course materials that I answered properly. Unfortunately, the course creator is no longer with the company and there's no clear "email this person for issues with the course" anywhere on the site. This is the #1 frustrating thing for me with captivate prime. Courses are orphaned/abandoned, incorrect, or show errors and there's no simple way for me to provide feedback or get help. I know we can do better.
