Account setup requires website

During account setup, my user reports being required to input a website. The Website field is red-starred, and won't allow the user to skip the question. User's business does not have a website. Can I direct the user to input my agency's website as the website? Does it matter what website is put in here?

You can use the best possible information on that page while creating the account. 

In case you do not have a proper website to fill in the form, then kindly use any alternate website that you have access to. 

Sure in your case you can use the website that you own for your user.
