Activate /deactivate learners for external profile

Hi Team,

We want to implement some logic like below scenerio.

Suppose X-Company is our patners and A-learner( from x-company) is learner who joiner from registration link of X-company. The expiry date of X-company is set for 45 days .Now we want the A-learner can only access the ALM for 15 days after that A-learner will auto inactive and not able to use the ALM where X-Company can use this for 45 days.

Please help me for the above .

      Hi @ajayt59780386 ,

       

      Thank you for reaching out.

      You can make use of the external registration profile feature and set the expiry date of the profile to 15 days. The learner can register to this profile so he has access for 15 days. You can create separate external profiles for learners with different sets of expiry dates.

      The expiry date is set at the external profile level and not at the learner level. Hence we recommend creating corresponding external profiles based on the expiry date.
