Add external users

a month ago cannot add external users edit or create profiles Prime support don't know about this, i try everything, change navigators, etc. some one to know about this. (when i ready to save, nothing happens, just )

Thanks for your time Walter, the issue is i canot save. even with any Chrome, explorer etc. i try everythig, but even i dont have a reply from Adobe Support. I used to think some one have the same bug. thanks for your time. Alejandra
