Adding a Deleted External User to a new Organization

I have a group of people who were in Organization A1. Their verification email did not go through and they were unable to log in. I "paused", turned off their "status", and deleted the emails. I created Organization A2, now the link says that Users are associated with group A1. How do I disassociate them from A1 and link them to A2? Is there a way to force add the Users email to Organization A2? Or a way to reset their emails so they can re-register again? Thanks in advance.
