To make it even more confusing,  Captivate Prime (which used to be the name of the LMS) has been renamed to Adobe Learning Manager I will move your question to that specific forum.

Sorry but you have posted in the wrong forum.  It looks like you need the Captivate Prime User Frum, not the Adobe Captivate User Forum. 

Captivate Prime is Adobe's Learning Management System LMS. 

By contrast, Captivate (no prime) is Adobe's e-learning authoring tool.
