adding clients to prime

We would like to create dedicated sections/portals within prime so that our clients can access their content.

We cannot work out how to do it.

Also, is it possible to customise our clients sections with their logo or colours etc?

Nothing that we have seen on the tutorials seems to help and the support we are receiving is slow to put it mildly.

Any advice would be greatly welcomed.
