Adobe Captivate Module Reset/ Ghost Learners

Hi everyone, I have a question regarding adobe captivate prime. We have just launched our LMS and noticed that we need to reset our modules. We already know how to do this, however there seems to be a problem with missing learners so I can't reset any modules for those learners. Anyone have any ideas for resetting the module another way, or a way to fix these "ghost learners"?
