Adobe Captivate Prime rejecting specific domain/email addresses?

Learners are being blocked at the "Create an Account" page, user enters email address and received the following error message:  "Can't sign up with this domain.".  This happens before clicking creat an account - as soon as email is put in field?

 

This error just started today - is anyone else having the same issue?
