Adobe ID and email don't match
I have a bit of a complicated situation.
Original (old) account for user was under email 1.
New account was made with same user but under email 2.
User accessed ALM from the welcome email via email 2, but the computer auto-filled the Adobe ID using email 1, and the user hit go and signed in using that.
This allowed the user to access the course originally, but then when they logged out, and tried to log back in, the system auto-sends them to the old account associated with email 1, where the course is NOT.
Is there any way for the user to be able to get back in to the new account with email 2 or do I need to enroll them in the course on the old email (which would force them to redo the parts of the course already done in email 2)?
Or, is there any way for me to change the Adobe ID in the new account so they can access it?
