Adobe Learning Manager

Hi Team,

I'm going through Adobe Learning Manager, https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/learning-manager/using/introduction/adobe-learning-manage...

here it's mentioned as "create Application" under Applications section but in aem we don't have that section and also below that there is a section get Tokens to get refresh tokens how to get refresh token?
