Adobe Prime and video qualitly

I am creating a Captivate program which will contain Premier Pro video. I'm curious about Prime's ability to play video as I read some caution of exporting video for LMS. I will be testing Prime with this program for possible purchase by suing the free 30 days.

The great thing about Captivate Prime is that you can upload a high quality video and the system creates a series of videos so that the end user gets the appropriate stream based on their device/bandwidth.

The video is delivered through the revolutionary 'fluidic player' and takes advantage of Akamai and Brightcove services on the back-end (at no added cost) to provide world-class playback of video.
