ALM Calendar/Scheduling feature

Hi Everyone! 🙂

I have a few questions related to Calendar Scheduling.

 

  1. How can I assign multiple locations for the same classroom session?
  2. How can I schedule multiple classroom sessions for the same course/instance, so it becomes visible in the Calendar?
  3. How can the Administrator/Author/Instructor see the Calendar with available/scheduled sessions?
  4. Can learners be enrolled in dedicated training sessions reflected in the Calendar by the Administrator/Author/Instructor?

 

I tried to find these features. However, unsuccessfully. I would appreciate if anyone can assist with the above 🙂

    Please find the below response to your questions:

    • How can I assign multiple locations for the same classroom session?

    In the current implementation of ALM, you can only set one Classroom location to one classroom session.

    • How can I schedule multiple classroom sessions for the same course/instance so it becomes visible in the Calendar?

    Multiple classroom modules can be added to the same course or instance.

    Please find the steps below.

    Login as an Author > Courses > Add > Under Module > You can add multiple Classrooms Modules.

    • How can the Administrator/Author/Instructor see the Calendar with available/scheduled sessions?

    The Administrator will receive email notifications of the upcoming sessions.

    Instructors will receive calendar invites for all upcoming sessions. They can also check their instructor dashboard for upcoming sessions.

    • Can learners be enrolled in dedicated training sessions reflected in the Calendar by the Administrator/Author/Instructor?

    Instructor: As the Learners register for your classroom module, Instructors can see the latest status of the enrollment and waitlist from the Waitlist page. The instructor can confirm the learner's enrollment from the waitlist page.

    Administrator: Administrators will have the privilege to enroll learners directly into dedicated training sessions and View the enrolled learners and waitlisted learners for a session.
