ALM - Power BI connector - anybody who has experience?

Hi all,
I'm looking for anybody who had a succesful PBI-ALM connector integration.
We have set it up from ALM and PBI side, but its not working. The PBI Workspace remians empty.
the export schedule from ALM is daily, which always shows succesful.
Somehow both ALM and our IT are not able to find what is wrong.

 

Does anybody have more experience and wants to share it?

    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing with the PBI-ALM connector integration. Kindly review the following pointers and reach out to ALM Support (learningmanagersupport@adobe.com) with the necessary details. Additionally, please include the Power BI Team to facilitate a coordinated meeting aimed at resolving the issues and ensuring that the PBI-ALM integration functions as intended.

     

    • Double-check configurations: Ensure that all configurations on both ALM and PBI sides are correct. Sometimes, a small misconfiguration can cause the entire integration to fail. 
    • Permissions: Verify that the accounts used for integration have the necessary permissions in both ALM and PBI to perform the required actions.
    • Documentation and resources: Review the official documentation for both ALM and PBI integration.
