"An Internal Error has occurred" processing module_version.csv in migration
Following the migration guide’s instructions for migrating LTI modules, I generated a module.csv and module_version.csv, uploaded them to the SFTP drop, and ran a migration sprint.
The module.csv imports just fine. e.g.,

The module_version.csv, however, fails; the error report states that “An Internal Error has occurred” for every record.
