Answer explanations in ALM Quizes

Hello, 
I had attended a meeting a few months ago on using ALM to create quizes and have finally gotten the chance to do so but am not seeing any way to add explanations for missed questions, I have the system showing wrong answers but no way to include reasoning for why the learner missed their question. 

Is this possible in the current version of ALM? 
( I vaguely remember seeing it being done but it has been a month or so since the run through )
