Article: ALM - The L3 feedback notification can be scheduled to be sent to managers a few weeks after course completion.

Admin can configure the L3 feedback notification for manager upon learner completion immediately or can be triggered after some days.

Steps to configure:

1. Log in as Admin → Feedback Forms → Settings → L3 Feedback.2.
2. Select the reminder option as “After completion”, then specify the number of days after which the L3 feedback notification should be sent to the manager.

For example, you can enter for 30 days and choose the reminder frequency (e.g., every day or every 2 days). The system will then begin sending the notification starting 30 days after completion, based on the selected frequency.
