- If these templates are not enabled, the session cancellation email will not be sent, and the session will continue to appear in the learners’ calendar.
- Once learners are unenrolled and the appropriate templates are enabled, the session cancellation email is triggered, and the session will be marked as cancelled in the learners’ calendar.
