Article: ALM - The VILT session may continue to appear in the learner’s calendar even after learners have been unenrolled from the course.

  1. In some cases, administrators unenroll learners because learners no longer need to take the course or need to be enrolled in a different instance.
  2. In such scenarios, the administrator must enable the required email templates at the course level to trigger both the session cancellation email and the course unenrollment email.

     

  3. If these templates are not enabled, the session cancellation email will not be sent, and the session will continue to appear in the learners’ calendar.
  4. Once learners are unenrolled and the appropriate templates are enabled, the session cancellation email is triggered, and the session will be marked as cancelled in the learners’ calendar.
