Attempt Limit Notification

Good Afternoon Community,

I was wondering if there is a specific email template that is used for a notification to a learn when they have reached their max attempts for a course.

We have a compliant related course that we have set 3 reattempts for to pass. We did this outside of a Captivate course because we want them to go back to a prior module instead of retaking just a quiz in the subsequent module.

Basically, a learner re-attempts 3 times and doesnt pass, we want the system to send them an email with instructions. Is this possible?
