Can a deleted user be reactivate using the API?

Can we create a user with the same email to reactivate?  Or do we have to do so manually using CSV or the UI?

    Hi @Jason24590205smev,

     

    Thank you for contacting Adobe Captivate Prime Team. 

     

    When we "Delete" a user the user data is not removed from the platform.

    A "Purge" will delete the user from the platform completely and it's irreversible.

     

    We can re-activate the user by adding a user with the same email manually. We can do the same using CSV also.
