Can badges be changed in active courses?

We are changing the structure of how we use badges and instead of using the preset badges in Prime we want to make our own, but many of our learners have already earned the old badges. Can we change the badges and have them retroactively be updated for all learners to the new badges?

Hi @Starr_K,

Thank you for contacting Adobe Captivate Prime Team.

We can create custom HTML badges and upload them to prime. The new badges will replace the old ones and they can download them from the learner page.
