Can learners see tags created for modules?

When creating, updating, or modifying modules, one can use "Tags" to help identify and sort different modules within Prime. My question is for two reasons. I want to know if learners are able to search for content or view tags associated with modules. This will impact tags created.

Basically, I want to use specific tags to identify and sort modules, without learners being able to see these sensitive tags.

If they can search by them or view them, I simply need to know.
