We are in the process of trying to choose our new LMS, and I think Prime has all the features we need, however, we need to be able to integrate our current HRIT solution with our LMS so that the LMS can at least pull employee information like name, title, department, manager, etc. and thus will keep our LMS up to date. I did not see this feature mentioned anywhere. Is this possible with Prime?

We do not integrate with a HRMS directly right now and this work is in progress. You will see HRMS integration in the future.
Having said that, you can achieve your requirement in Captivate Prime even today.
We provide you an ability to import CSV automatically to your Captivate Prime account periodically. So you can configure your current HRMS to export the latest employee sheet and place it on your setup. We can provide you the instructions to pick the employee sheet file from your system and upload it to Captivate Prime periodically.
This will ensure your employee details remain up-to-date all the time.
