Can't Take Courses on the Mobile App

Learners can't take their enrolled courses on the mobile app. They all get the message "This feature is currently not available on the mobile app, Please login to desktop to access this feature on adobe learning manager app"

Hi @Olalekan28222705fixe,

 

Thank you for contacting the Adobe Learning Manager Team.

 

A current bug is open where the mobile application cannot play the contents where "multiple attempts" is enabled.

Kindly edit the course as an Author and remove the multiple attempts. This should fix the issue for the time being.

 

Our product team is working on fixing that issue on the mobile application.
