Cannot Open Exercise files

Question

Hello,

I am currently doing my pre-work for my Captivate certification and I am having trouble opening the exercise files. I keep getting and error each time I attempt to open the any of the files. Now it will not even open at all. Please below the error message I get.

How do can I fix this?
