Cannot Sign-in my Account

Hi, can someone help me please. I can't log in my school account in Adobe Education Exchange. Last week it was working perfectly and I earn a Creative Educator Level 1. And now I'm planning to take the level 2 but unfortunately, I can't open my account. I hope someone can help me. Thank you in advance.

    Once you are done here, you can use the same details to log in to your Adobe Education Exchange page.
