Cannot Sign-in my Account

Question

Hi, can someone help me please. I can't log in my school account in Adobe Education Exchange. Last week it was working perfectly and I earn a Creative Educator Level 1. And now I'm planning to take the level 2 but unfortunately, I can't open my account. I hope someone can help me. Thank you in advance.

Kindly go to https://adobe.com and try to sign in with your Adobe ID. Also, try to reset the password on this page. Try the steps here: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-or-reset-password.html.

Once you are done here, you can use the same details to log in to your Adobe Education Exchange page.
