Captivate 10 Flash PDFs do not run

I recently installed Captivate 10 and the Flash interactive pdf exports but does not work past slide 1.  I would an html5 pdf but it somehow fills up memory and we have need to screen capture all slides and we can only capture about 10 slides til memory fills up.

Is there a resolution to this?
