Captivate 12 SCORM 1.2 published to ALM unable to preview

Published a Captivate 12 SCORM 1.2 project to Adobe Learning Manager as an Author. I am able to preview the module, but when others are assigned the course, they are unable to view/preview or see any content. 

Cookies were cleared, Firefox, Chrome, Safari were all unsuccessful in previewing the module. 

What should learners do or what should the Captivate 12 reporting preferences be in order for ALM to correctly display the course for the learners?
