Captivate Authoring Tool and Prime LMS Surveys

Has anyone used Captivate authoring software to create a survey and add it as a separate content item in a course in Adobe Captivate Prime LMS? We are required to collect course survey responses from participants who complete our CE (Continuing Ed.) learning content and we need to report on learners feedback to individual survey questions.  I'm just wondering if anyone else has done this and if there are any certain settings within the course authoring software or Prime that were needed to do this?

    Hi Diane,

     

    Thank you for contacting Adobe Captivate Prime Team. 

     

    There are no special settings you need to do in Prime or in Captivate. 

    You need to design the course and upload it to Prime. 

     

    You can download the report from the "L2 Quiz Score" section in the course and view the answers that the users have selected for each individual question.
