Captivate Prime iPad app hangs consistently?

I am having problems with the Adobe Captivate iPad app hanging up (the screen becomes frozen with the loading icon spinning) when I try to exit a module. This forces the user to quit the app and restart. Has anyone else had this issue or have any solutions?

    We would like to help you get this sorted out quickly.

    Can you tell us if the issue occurs with a specific content or it occurs if you try to play/close any content in the Prime app?

    If it's specific, we would like to have access to the exact content. Please share the content with us and we would debug the issue on priority.

    Thanks for your quick response. It looks like the problems I was having were limited to the first day I tested it. On subsequent days the content has played as expected and without any issues. I'll let you know if the issue occurs again - Thanks for your help!
