Does Captivate Prime have the capacity to track and report on a learner's interaction with a Job Aid?
Specifically, can I track when a learner opens / downloads a job aid?
If this is not tracked (TODAY 1.24.18), is this on the developmental roadmap for future versions of Prime?
Yes. Captivate Prime provides Job Aid reports.
Go to 'Reports-Excel Reports' and download.
It will show all of the Job Aids as well as Learners who have accessed and on what date.
