Captivate Projects not updating correcting in Prime

I'm having two issues with uploading to Captivate Prime:

1. When publishing directly from Captivate to Prime, sometimes it does not reflect that I have already uploaded this before. Instead of prompting the "this module has been updated", it asks me to create an entirely new module.

2. When I try to update the module manually in Prime, I zip the new captivate file and upload to the module. It says it updates but I click back into the module it still reads the same zip file before the update.

Very frustrating when trying to update modules.
