Captivate won't install

My captivate prime won't load up. It was working up until yesterday and now won't load up, it highlights the desktop icon as if it is about to load up but ultimately doesn't.

I've reinstalled multiple times but it seems my laptop can now not support it. I have a windows 32bit with windows 7 installed on it.

I've tried to install on another laptop but it won't even install on that one.

It seems I've gone full circle which has been frustrating.

Does anyone have any idea or have had a similar issue?
