Certificate Renewal - Adobe Commerce Expert

Hello Support team,

My Adobe Certified Expert-Adobe Commerce Developer is going to be expired on June 30, 2023. So I went to "Renew your certification" page and cleared the 3 required courses on 7th March 2023 itself, got the confirmation email as well.
But today, it's already 14th March and I still don't see the expiry date got extended. I can see the required 3 courses completed in history too. I even tried sending email to certif@adobe.com last week itself, but still haven't got any reply.

Can anyone please help me if I am missing any steps or being mistaken?

Hello!

I have exactly the same issue. I have completed 3 required exams on 2023-Apr-26 but the date of expiration for my certificate is still not extended. Could you please help?

In my case, it was because I had multiple email addresses(company, personal and other tempory email) linked to my Adobe account. So Adobe team asked me one email ID which is my own, and they updated it and then the exam renewed automatically within few hours.
Please check if that's the case with you.
