Changing language arragment on course

Is there any way to change what language pops of first when creating a course?

Seems like the default in English either way, when I add another language to the course in the content libraby, I'm not able re-arrange the languages in any way - or is there a work around?

I know I can have the learner change their language in their profile (however, doesen't seem to change wich language pops up first in the course). And I knows they can also change it in the player, however with majority of learners not having English as their first language, most of them have to change every time.
