Changing the email template settings in Prime

I wish to change the Settings (specifically, email sender name, sender email address and sender's signature).  The Edit button doesn't function and I'm told to contact Support.  Support is uncontactable/unfindable/unavailable. Before I descend into a rage of frustration, can someone please tell me how to proceed?

Hi John.

There are many email templates to tweak. Can you please specify exactly where your edit button does not work?

The reason I ask is because, if you are editing the actual and specific template, there is no edit button (double clicking the specific template opens it in edit mode).
